The objective of these Regulations is to provide for the prevention, control and abatement of air pollution to ensure clean and healthy ambient air.
The Kenya Air Quality Regulations shall apply to:- (a) all internal combustion engines; (b) all premises, places, processes, operations, or works to which the provisions of the Act and Regulations made thereunder apply; and (c) any other appliance or activity that the Cabinet Secretary may by order in the Gazette, specify.
