This is an Internship program for junior scientists in any region, state or village in Africa looking to build capacity and become specialists in their field of study.

Highlights of the program;
Sponsorship; The internship program is sponsored by Richflood, an unpaid program and the courses are provided online for free and self paced.
Duration; The Program is expected to span through 2 years maximum but can be completed in a year depending on the learner's capability to complete all activities in the package.
Blended Approach; You will have the chance to participate in the onsite (field activities) with the Richflood Specialists and partners across the African continent depending on your location and availability of sites to be visited as case studies.
Certification
There are two types of Certificates for this program;
1. Certificate of Completion; This is awarded when learner completes every course item and scores the mentioned passing percentage in each quiz.
2. Knowledge based Certificate; This is awarded when learner passes the selected technical quiz with the mentioned passing percentage for each activity.
Commencement Date; To be decided and communicated soon. Enrolment is still ongoing.
