The Technology Park Cabo Verde Project phase II (PTCV-II) is being proposed by the Government of Cape Verde (GovCV) to apply to the African Development Financing Bank (AfDB) and this Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) is prepared in accordance with GovCV legal policy and AfDB’s Safeguards System. The Operational Nucleus for Information Society – (NOSI) is the Executing Agency.
