The Africa50 Infrastructure Acceleration Fund I (“IAF I” or the “Fund”) is a first-generation closed-end private equity fund sponsored by Africa50 and targeting to raise investor commitments of USD500 million by final close. The Fund will invest in strategic infrastructure sectors that contribute to closing Africa’s infrastructure financing gap.
