The road section to be rehabilitated extends over an overall length of approximately10.3 km. It is located between Km 9.03 and Km 19.5 on the Togolese coast. This section crosses the harbour zone and Baguida Canton which falls under the Golfe Prefecture. Baguida Canton comprises the districts of Aflao Komè, Noudokopè, Sossoukopè and Avépozo. All of these districts are in the direct project impact area.
